The Committee on Health and Human Resources moved to amend the bill on page one, section three, by striking out the section caption and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

§16-46-3. Licensed health care providers may prescribe opioid antagonists to initial responders and certain individuals; required educational materials; limited liability.
